parivar.care (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the parivar.care website and related services (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use the Platform.

- Account information: name, email address, password, and role (family or provider)
- Provider profile data: business name, description, location, phone number, services, photos, and credentials
- Contact form submissions: name, email, phone, and message content when you contact a provider
- Reviews: ratings, review text, and your first name
- Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers
Information from Third-Party Services
- Google Sign-In: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile avatar from your Google account
Information Collected Automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, search queries, and interaction data
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)
- Referral URLs and access timestamps
2a. Google User Data and Limited Use
When you sign in with Google, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Scopes we request
- email — your primary Google account email address
- profile — your name and profile picture
How we use it
- Authenticate you and create or update your parivar.care account
- Display your name and avatar in the parivar.care interface
- Send transactional emails to your Google email address
- Store the OAuth tokens issued by Google so that you remain signed in across sessions; tokens are deleted when you delete your account or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions
What we do not do
- We do not use Google user data for advertising
- We do not sell Google user data, and we only transfer it as needed to provide user-facing features (e.g., Resend for transactional email, Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare for hosting), for security/legal compliance, or in M&A situations
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with your explicit consent, for security investigations, to comply with law, or where data is aggregated and anonymized
- We do not use Google user data to train AI/ML models
Revoking access
You can revoke parivar.care's access to your Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also delete your {BRAND} account by contacting privacy@parivar.care.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Connect families with care providers (lead delivery)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send transactional emails (account verification, lead notifications)
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
- Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Care providers: When you submit a contact form, your name, email, phone, and message are shared with the selected provider
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Neon (database), Zeluto (CRM and lead management)
- Analytics providers: aggregated, non-identifying usage data
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, dispute resolution). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
